Juana Martinez noticed something strange on her credit card bill, around $200 of groceries was charged and she never went to the store for that. She soon figured out the card information was stolen by a 19-year-old Starbucks employee. The best part about this whole thing is that the teen doesn’t know how to react, and her grade ‘A’ customer service speeches just started flying out – after begging Martinez not to press charges.
